Cal State LA Athletics

2012: Was a contributor in the bullpen for the Golden Eagles in his one year with the program. Made five relief appearances. Went 0-1 with a 6.75 earned run average and one save. Had two walks and three strikeouts over 6 2/3 innings pitched. Retired all three batters he faced to close out a 3-0 victory at Cal State Monterey Bay on April 6 for his lone save. Also pitched a scoreless inning with one strikeout in a 21-13 win over Chico State on March 30. Allowed only one run over two innings against Chico State on April 1.

At College of the Canyons: Pitched well primarily in relief and had a 2-2 overall record with a 2.20 earned run average. Recorded 25 strikeouts in 28 2/3 innings. Also pitched for a year at Glendale CC.

At Crescenta Valley High School: Earned All-Area and All-League honors in 2006 and 2007. Had an 8-3 record with a 1.90 earned run average as a junior and a 9-1 record with a 0.96 earned run average as a senior. Competed in baseball and football.

Personal: Son of Kevin and Jeanette Krise. Majoring in Kinesiology. Enjoys family, God and anything outside and exhilarating. Lists winning the 2007 18-year-olds Babe Ruth World Series and receiving All-World Series pitcher honors as his most exciting experiences in sports.
