Following the 2023-24 season, Cal State LA has won nine national championships, had 11 national runner-up finishes and won 96 individual national championships. Cal State LA has also won 85 conference championships, including 50 CCAA titles. Cal State LA earned its first national championship in more than 40 years when men's soccer won a title in 2021 and women's volleyball made it two championships in three years by claiming the 2023 national championship.
