2008: Was a big part of the bullpen once again for the Golden Eagles in his final year with the program. Appeared in 15 games and started once. Had a 0-0 record with a 6.32 earned run average. Had nine walks and nine strikeouts in 15 2/3 innings pitched. Finished the season with six scoreless outings in his last seven outings. Started for the Golden Eagles and pitched two scoreless innings against Point Loma on April 29. Pitched a scoreless inning with one strikeout in a 16-5 win at San Francisco State on May 3. Also pitched two scoreless innings at Cal State San Bernardino in a 16-4 win on April 19. Started his final season with a scoreless inning of relief against Cal Poly Pomona in an 11-4 victory on Feb. 2. Had a total of nine scoreless outings for the season. For his career, appeared in 38 games and made five starts. Had a 0-2 record with an 8.34 earned run average. Had 26 walks and 24 strikeouts in 41 innings pitched.

2007: Appeared in 13 games for the Golden Eagles and had a 0-1 record with a 6.75 earned run average. All 13 appearances came in relief. Blanked San Francisco State on two hits over two innings in his longest stint on Feb. 23. Allowed runs in only three of his 13 appearances. Worked a total of eight innings.

2006: Made four relief appearances and was 0-0 with a 9.00 earned run average. Pitched a total of four innings and walked one and struck out four.

2005: Made six appearances and four starts as a freshman. Compiled an 0-1 record with an 11.48 earned run average. Pitched a total of 13 1/3 innings. Made his first career start against Hawaii Pacific on April 5 and worked 4 1/3 innings. Allowed six hits and four earned runs. Struck out a season-high four over 3 2/3 innings against Cal State San Bernardino on April 5.

At St. Monica Catholic HS: Competed in basketball and baseball in high school. Earned first-team All-League honors as a junior and senior. Was the Most Valuable Pitcher of the league both years.

Personal: Son of Manuel and Margarita Urresti. Majoring in Kinesiology. Lists going to the 2007 College World Series as his most exciting experience in sports.
