Cal State LA Athletics

2023: Made meaningful contributions for the Golden Eagles in his one year with the program. Hit .316 with six hits in 19 at bats. Drove in four runs and scored two. Made his Cal State LA debut as a defensive replacement against The Master’s on Feb. 3. Made his first start and went 1-for-2 with one run scored and one RBI in an 8-0 win over Colorado School of Mines on Feb. 18. Had a season-high three hits with a double, two RBI and one run scored in a 12-2 win over Cal State San Marcos on March 18.

At Santa Ana College: Appeared in 16 games for the Dons in 2022 and had one home run, four runs scored and three runs batted in.

At Long Beach State: Committed to the D1 program out of high school, but did not compete in any games.

At Warren High School: Was the team’s Most Valuable Player in 2019. Earned All-CIF Division III honors and was a San Gabriel Valley All-Star selection in 2019. Earned All-San Gabriel Valley League honors in 2017 and 2019.

Personal: Son of Julia Aguilar. Majoring in liberal arts. Enjoys video games, K9 training, sport-specific training, watching podcasts and hanging out with his friends. Lists playing on the Rawlings National Scout Team at the WWBA and being on the same team as 20 other Division 1 commits as his most exciting experience in sports. Also committing to Long Beach State and Cal State LA to further his baseball and academic career. Notes he has played baseball since he was five years old. Points out he has two older brothers named Anthony and Shawny. Says he aspires to be in law enforcement if baseball doesn’t work out.
