Cal State LA Athletics

2023: Made three appearances with two starts in his one year with the program. Had a 0-2 record and a 20.25 earned run average. Pitched a total of 5 1/3 innings. Made his Cal State LA debut and pitched one inning at Cal State Dominguez Hills on March 5. Pitched a season-long 3 2/3 innings and gave up three runs against Cal State San Marcos on March 19. 

At Arkansas State: Made 24 appearances, including three starts for the Red Wolves in 2019. Went 2-4 with a 4.93 earned run average. Was 2-5 with a 4.67 earned run average for his career at the NCAA Division program.

At East Los Angeles Junior College: Was a two-day player for the Huskies. Appeared in 15 games with 14 starts on the mound and went 7-2 with a 3.58 earned run average. Hit .345 with a .391 on-base percentage and .478 slugging percentage. Had one home run, 12 doubles and 23 runs batted in. Named to the California Community College All-Southern California Team. Named to the South Coast Conference North All-Conference Team as a utility player.

At Temple City High School: Competed in baseball and basketball. Played four years of varsity baseball. Was a team MVP as a junior and senior.

Personal: Son of Michael and Lisa Jarrard. Majoring in general studies. Enjoys watching sports. Lists playing on some of the nicest fields in college baseball as his most exciting experiences in sports.
