Cal State LA Athletics

2023: Appeared in four games at catcher for the Golden Eagles in his one year with the program. Had five at bats. Made his Cal State LA debut and got an at bat in against The Master’s on Feb. 3. Picked up a pair of at bats and recorded an out at Cal State Dominguez Hills on March 3. Earned 2022-23 California Collegiate Athletic Association All-Academic honors and 2023 CCAA Spring Academic Honor Roll recognition. Also earned a 2022-23 Athletic Directors Association Academic Achievement Award.

At Mt. San Jacinto College: Was on the Dean’s List both years in junior college. Hit .302 in 25 games in 2022 with one home run, nine RBI and 17 runs scored.

At Desert Mountain High School: Was the state leader in home runs, in the PG Top 500, the PBR top 10 catchers in all of Arizona and top 50 players in the state.

Personal: Son of Tom and Connie Napolitano. Majoring in marketing. Enjoys weightlifting, cooking, fishing, selling and buying fitness equipment. Lists attending top tournaments with his club team in high school (BPA National 17u), attending Area Code games at Sloan Park in Arizona and leading all of Arizona in home runs before COVID shut the season down as his most exciting experiences in sports. Notes he likes to cook and lift weights and says he likes frogs “they’re pretty cool.”
