2019: Made significant contributions once again for the Golden Eagles in his final season with the program. Appeared in 29 games with 23 starts. Hit .228 with 18 hits in 79 at bats. Had four doubles, 11 runs batted in and 15 runs scored. Had a two-run double and drove in a career-high three runs in a 10-7 win at Cal State San Bernardino on Feb. 17. Went 2-for-3 with two runs scored in a 5-2 win over Stanislaus State on March 16. Had a season-high two RBI at Dixie State on Feb. 9, against Colorado Mesa on Feb. 10 and in a 9-5 win at Sonoma State on April 7. For his career, appeared in 103 games with 81 starts. Hit .268 with 75 hits in 280 at bats. Had one home run, 36 RBI and 47 runs scored.

2018: Led the Golden Eagles in hitting with a .328 batting average. Collected 39 hits in 119 at bats with one home run, 21 runs batted in and 21 runs scored. Appeared in a career-high 38 games with 36 starts. Had a career-high four hits in five at bats with one run scored and two RBI against Chico State on March 30. Also went 3-for-4 with one run scored against Cal Poly Pomona on March 8. Hit his first career home run at Cal State San Bernardino on May 4. Had nine multi-hit games.

2017: Did not compete in any games for the Golden Eagles and was a redshirt.

2016: Showed tremendous improvement in his second year with the program and had a much larger role on the team. Appeared in 31 games and started 21 times. Hit .219 with 16 hits in 73 at bats. Also drew 15 walks and had an on-base percentage of .363. Went 2-for-4 with a season-high three runs scored at Cal State Dominguez Hills on April 30. Also had two hits and drove in a run at UC San Diego on March 4 and had two hits and scored a run against Sonoma State on April 3. Had three multi-hit games.

2015: Appeared in five games for the Golden Eagles as a freshman, including one start. Had two hits in nine at bats. Picked up his first hit against California Baptist on Feb. 7. Also had a hit and a walk and a run scored against St. Katherine College on Feb. 15.

At Covina High School: Was a team Most Valuable Player for three years. Earned first-team All-League and second-team All-League honors during his career.

Personal: Son of Juan and Adriana Moreno. Majoring in sociology with a minor in public administration. Enjoys fungo golf, ping pong and walking his dog. Lists hitting his first home run as his most exciting experience in sports.
