2021: Was on the roster, but team did not compete due to COVID-19 in his final year with the program. For his career, appeared in 32 games with 20 starts. His .237 with 19 hits in 80 at bats. Had two home runs and 13 runs batted in. Had an on-base percentage of . 330 and a slugging percentage of .362.

2020: Showed tremendous improvement for the Golden Eagles in his second year with the program. Appeared in 15 games and started 12 times. Hit .273 with 12 hits in 44 at bats. Had one home run, three doubles, four runs scored and nine runs batted in. Was third on the team in batting average and second on the team in RBI. Hit a three-run home run in the third inning of an 8-2 win over Northwest Nazarene in his first start of the season on Feb. 7. Went 3-for-5 with a double, two runs scored and two RBI in a 14-5 win at Stanislaus State on March 7. Hit safely in nine games and had two multi-hit games. In his two seasons with the program, has appeared in 32 games with 20 starts. Hitting .238 with 19 hits in 80 at bats. Has two home runs, four doubles, nine runs scored and 13 RBI. Earned Cal State LA's Male Academic Achievement Award in 2020. Also earned 2019-20 California Collegiate Athletic Association All-Academic and 2020 CCAA All-Academic honors.

2019: Made some meaningful contributions in his first season with the program. Hit .194 with one home run and four runs batted in. Also scored five runs. Appeared in 17 games with eight starts. Made his first start against Colorado Mesa on Feb. 9 and scored a pair of runs. Drove in two runs with a seventh-inning double in a win at Sonoma State on April 7. Hit a solo home run as part of a two-hit game in a win at UC San Diego on April 20. Went 3-for-7 in the doubleheader against the Tritons. Finished the season with a three-game hitting streak. Earned a CCAA All-Academic Award in 2018-19 as well as a 2019 CCAA Spring Academic Award.

At Chaffey College: Earned second-team All-Conference honors as a sophomore. Led the team and conference with six home runs. Hit .329 with 10 doubles, two triples and 29 RBI. Also earned second-team All-Conference honors as a freshman. Hit .310 with nine double, one triple and 36 runs batted in. Helped team advance to a Sectional Playoff appearance.

At Bishop Amat High School: Earned second-team All-Del Rey League honors as a senior.

Personal: Son of Larry and Lisa McCann. Majoring in Liberal Studies. Enjoys working out at the gym, fishing and hanging out with friends. Lists the playoff run during his freshman year at Chaffey as his most exciting experience in sports.
