2019: After a year away, returned to the Golden Eagles and contributed in his final season with the program. Appeared in 16 games and started four times. Hit .222 with six hits in 27 at bats. Had one home run, six runs scored, two triples and four runs batted in. Went 1-for-3 with two RBI in his first appearance of the season at Dixie State on Feb. 8. Hit a two-run home run against Cal State East Bay on April 27. For his career, appeared in 27 games and started six times. Hit .214 with nine hits in 42 at bats. Had one home run, seven RBI and nine runs scored.
 
2017: Appeared in 11 games with two starts for the Golden Eagles as a freshman. Hit .200 with three hits and three runs scored in 15 at bats. Made his first appearance and first start and went 1-for-3 with a walk against Northwest Nazarene on Feb. 13. Went 2-for-5 with two runs scored and two RBI at Cal State San Marcos on May 6.

At Chaminade High School: Earned second-team All-Mission League honors in high school. Team won a 2016 Mission League championship.

Personal: Son of Dave and Laurie Burke. Majoring in sociology. Enjoys Fortnite, reading and going to the beach. Lists getting his first collegiate start as a freshman at Cal State LA in 2017 as his most exciting experience in sports. Notes his father played baseball at Loyola Marymount University.
