2019: Made significant contributions for the Golden Eagles in his one year with the program. Appeared in 31 games with 16 starts. Hit .365 with 27 hits in 74 at bats. Scored 15 runs and had 18 runs batted in. Went 1-for-4 with a season-high three RBI in an 11-5 win over UC San Diego on April 18. Went 1-for-3 with two runs scored and two RBI in a 14-3 win over San Francisco State on March 31. Went 2-for-3 with two doubles and a run scored against San Francisco State on March 30. Had two hits in six games, including the final three of the season.

At Mt. San Antonio College: Earned second-team All-Conference honors as a sophomore after hitting .354 in 34 games. Was on the Dean’s List for three semesters.

At South Hills High School: Earned All-League honorable mention and won the Huskies Coach’s Award in 2015. Made the Honor Roll in three of his four years in high school.

Personal: Son of Aaron and Janine Sandoval. Majoring in business management. Enjoys hanging out with friends, going to the gym and playing basketball. Lists winning the Junior Olympics with his travel baseball team in 2012 as his most exciting experience in sports. Notes he has a sister named Siena and a brother named Noah.
