Biography

2013: Had a sensational second season with the Golden Eagles in his final year with the program. Appeared in 54 games and started all of them. Hit .322 with 73 hits in 227 at bats. Had seven home runs, 21 doubles, four triples, 53 runs scored and 56 runs batted in. Led the team in RBI, was second in doubles and third in runs scored. Earned All-America honorable mention from Daktronics and the National Collegiate Baseball Writers Association. Earned first-team All-West Region honors from Daktronics, the NCBWA and the American Baseball Coaches Association/Rawlings. Earned first-team All-California Collegiate Athletic Association honors and was named to the CCAA All-Tournament Team. Hit for the cycle and went 4-for-5 against UC San Diego on March 14. Had a single in the first inning, a solo home run in the third inning, a run-scoring double in the fifth inning and a triple in the ninth inning to complete the cycle. Scored two runs and had two RBI in the game. Also went 4-for-5 and scored two runs in a 7-0 win over Cal State San Bernardino on March 29. Went 2-for-5 with three runs scored and a career-high five RBI in a win at Cal State Dominguez Hills on April 26. Had a three-run home run and a go-ahead two-run triple in the 11-9 win. Went 3-for-6 and matched his career-high with five RBI in a 14-3 win over Cal State Monterey Bay in a CCAA Tournament game on May 11. Had a three-run double in the seventh inning and added a run-scoring double in the eighth. Followed that up by going 3-for-6 with a career-high four runs scored in a 15-3 win over Sonoma State later that day. Contributed a two-run home run. Went 11-for-26 with 12 runs scored and 11 RBI in the Golden Eagles' five games at the tournament. Had 21 multi-hit games, including eight games with three or more hits. For his career, appeared in 93 games with 87 starts. Hit .330 with 120 hits in 364 at bats. Had 14 home runs, 28 doubles, six triples, 86 runs scored and 83 RBI. 

2012: Had a tremendous first season with the Golden Eagles and earned second-team All-California Collegiate Athletic Association honors. Was second on the team with a .343 batting average and hit safely in Cal State L.A.’s last nine games. Delivered a game-winning home run in the bottom of the 11th inning in a 3-2 win over Cal Poly Pomona on April 22. Also went 3-for-4 with three runs scored and three RBI in the series opener on April 20. Also had four hits and drove in three runs at Biola on Feb. 13. Had 14 multi-hit games and hit safely in 24 games. Appeared in 39 games and started 33 times.

At College of the Canyons: Earned All-Western State Conference honorable mention in 2011. Hit .300 with 45 hits in 150 at bats. Had five home runs and 23 RBI. Also recorded 12 stolen bases in 13 attempts.

At Lancaster High School: Competed in baseball.

Personal: Son of Bill Weber. Majoring in communications. Lists hitting a walk-off grand slam in 2009 as his most exciting experience in sports.
