2014: Made meaningful contributions for the Golden Eagles in his one year with the program. Appeared in 32 games and started 28 times. Hit .273 with four doubles, one triple, eight runs scored and 16 runs batted in. Had a season-high three hits in a game twice. Went 3-for-4 with one run scored and one RBI at San Francisco State on April 11 and went 3-for-3 with one RBI at San Francisco State on April 12. Went 2-for-4 with a run scored and two RBI in a 7-4 win over Chico State on March 15. Had six multi-hit games.

At Canada College: Shared the state lead in home runs with nine while hitting .350. Also named to the Northern California All-America team.

At Aragon High School: Earned first-team All-League and first-team All-County in baseball and football.

Personal: Son of Danny Vanisi and Jenny Gudino. Majoring in psychology. Enjoys family, music, hiking and hanging out with friends. Lists going undefeated in league in high school as his most exciting experience in sports.
