Cal State LA Athletics

2009: Had a strong season for the Golden Eagles in his one year with the program. Made 16 appearances on the mound with one start. Had a 1-0 record with a 5.68 earned run average. Had three walks and five strikeouts in 19 innings pitched. Allowed two earned runs over a season-long three innings to get the win in a 17-8 victory over Vanguard on April 29. Had 11 scoreless outings. Made his Cal State L.A. debut with a scoreless inning with one strikeout in a 9-7 win over Cal Poly Pomona on Feb. 11 and pitched a scoreless inning in his final appearance in a 13-7 win over Cal State Dominguez Hills in a California Collegiate Athletic Association Tournament game on May 8.

At Alcorn State: Competed for one season.

At East L.A. College: Made a total of 17 appearances over two seasons. Was 0-0 with a 4.50 earned run average as a freshman in 2005 and went 0-1 with a 4.70 earned run average as a sophomore in 2006.

At Marshall High School: Compiled an 8-4 record with four saves and a 2.95 earned run average as a senior in 2004. Pitched a total of 97 1/3 innings and struck out 63 while walking just 13.
