Biography

2019: Was on the roster for a second season with the Golden Eagles, but did not compete in any games in his final year with the program.

2018: Did not compete in any games in 2018 and was a redshirt.

At San Diego Virtual School: Competed in club soccer for the US Soccer Development Academy, Nomads SC and Arsenal FC US.

Personal: Son of Jaime Castellanos and Silvia Echavarria. Majoring in business administration. Enjoys going to church, spending time with his family and playing with his cat, Persephone. Lists going on trial with Mexican Liga MX teams FC Juarez and Club Tijuana as his most exciting experiences in sports. Notes he holds dual citizenship for Mexico and the United States. Twin brother, Eduardo, is also on Cal State LA’s roster.
