Cal State LA Athletics

At UC Irvine: Competed on UCI’s women’s soccer team. Made four starts at goalkeeper in two seasons with the NCAA Division I program. Was 1-1 with one shutout as a freshman and 1-1 in two starts as a sophomore.

At Oceanside High School: Was a Player of the Year and Athlete of the Year as a senior in 2019. Was team Most Valuable Player in 2017 and 2019. Was a Rookie of the Year as a freshman. Earned first-team All-League honors in 2017, 2018 and 2019. Was a Scholar-Athlete all four years in high school. Competed in swimming, basketball, soccer and softball.

Personal: Daughter of Sale and Amy Paopao. Majoring in sociology. Enjoys going to the beach, going to lookouts and spending time with family. Lists going to penalty kicks and winning and her most exciting experience in sports. Is also a newcomer to Cal State LA’s women’s soccer program.
