Cal State LA Athletics

2023: Competed well for the Cal State LA track and field team in her one year with the program. Had best marks of 2:50.28 in the 800 meters and 5:57.26 in the 1,500 in outdoor track. Also had a best mark of 3:02.81 in the 800 in indoor track.

2022: Had a strong first season with Cal State LA’s cross country team. Competed in all seven meets and was the team’s No. 2 runner throughout the season. Had a best 5,000-meter time of 22:53.8 at Cal State Fullerton’s John Elder Invitational on Oct. 21 and a best 6,000-meter time of 27:45.7 at UC Riverside’s Highlander Invitational on Oct. 15. Finished 84^th at the California Collegiate Athletic Association Championships on Nov. 5.

At Pasadena City College: Competed in cross country and track and field.

At Bassett High School: Competed in cross country and track and field.

Personal: Daughter of Jesus and Norma Monrreal. Majoring in Kinesiology. Enjoys hiking, running and rock climbing.
