Cal State LA Athletics

2023: Was on Cal State LA’s track and field roster in the spring, but did not compete in any meets in her one year with the program.

2022: Joined Cal State LA’s cross country program in the fall and competed in five meets in her one year with the program. Had a best 5,000-meter time of 24:27.0 at the UC Riverside Invitational on Sept. 17 and had a best 6,000-meter time of 28:20.2 at the UC Riverside Highlander Invitational on Oct. 15. Finished 87^th at the California Collegiate Athletic Association Championships on Nov. 5.

At Alhambra High School: Competed in cross country and track and field. Team won a league cross country championship in her sophomore year.

Personal: Tony and Jackie Duenas. Majoring in Kinesiology. Enjoys making things out of resin. Lists winning a league championship in cross country by one point as her most exciting experience in sports. Older sister, Serena, is also on Cal State LA’s cross country team.
