2011: Had a strong second season for the Golden Eagles in his second and final year with the program. Appeared in 23 games and started 20 times. Played a total of 1,599 minutes. Had four goals and three assists for 11 points. Was fifth on the team in scoring. Scored his first career goal in a 6-0 win over Saint Martin's on Sept. 1. Had his second goal in a 3-0 win at San Francisco State on Oct. 2. Notched his third goal in a 5-1 win at Cal State East Bay on Oct. 30. Scored his biggest goal of the season, the game-winner in a 2-0 win against Chico State in the California Collegiate Athletic Association Tournament championship game on Nov. 6. Had two assists in a 2-1 win at Cal State Monterey Bay on Oct. 28. For his career, appeared in 29 games and started 22 times. Played a total of 1,810 minutes. Had four goals and three assists for 11 points.

2010: Made immediate contributions for the Golden Eagles in his first year with the program. Appeared in six games and started twice. Played a total of 211 minutes. Made his first career start against Sonoma State on Oct. 15 and also got the start against Humboldt State on Oct. 17. Played a season-high 74 minutes against Sonoma State. Also competed for Cal State L.A.’s men’s basketball team. Appeared in five games and knocked down three of his five attempts from 3-point range.

At Santa Rosa Junior College: Earned first-team All-Big 8 Conference honors and was a team captain as a sophomore. Team won conference championships both years and reached the state semi-finals during his freshman year.

At Rocklin High School: Competed in soccer, basketball, baseball and track and field. Earned first-team All-League honors as a junior and senior. Was the team Most Valuable Player and earned first-team All-Metro honors as a senior. Team won two league and section championships. Was a captain of a league-champion basketball team and earned All-League honors and also earned All-League honors as a senior in baseball. Was nominated for Athlete of the Year in the Sacramento area and was the runner-up for Athlete of the Year at his high school.

Personal: Son of Bret and Jane Faulkner. Majoring in communications. Enjoys video games. Lists playing for a section basketball championship at Arco Arena, scoring a hat trick in the first round of playoffs as a junior and scoring a goal in the 100^th minute in the section semi-final as his most exciting experiences in sports.
