2011: Was on the roster, but did not compete in any games for the Golden Eagles in his one season with the program.

At Los Angeles Mission College: Was on the Dean’s Honor Roll in 2007. Earned second-team All-Western State Conference honors in 2006 and received All-Conference honorable mention in 2007.

At Sylmar High School: Competed in soccer, volleyball and football. Earned first-team All-Mission League honors in soccer. Was on the Counselor’s Honor Roll in the spring and fall of 2004 and the Principal’s Honor Roll in the spring of 2005.

Personal: Son of Arturo Rodriguez and Cecilia Valencia. Majoring in electrical engineering. Enjoys snowboarding, hiking and mountain bike riding. Lists winning the NHB Cup with the Samba club team in 2003 and traveling to Sweden to participate in the Gothia Cup, the world’s largest international youth tournament, as his most exciting experiences in sports.
