Cal State LA Athletics

2025: Had an impressive season for the Golden Eagles in his first year with the program. Had a best mark of 53.32 in the 400 hurdles and was part of Cal State LA’s 4x400 relay team that finished fourth at the California Collegiate Athletic Association Championships. Placed seventh in the 400 hurdles at the CCAA Championships. Also competed in indoor track and had a best mark of 50.17 in the 400.

At Cloud County CC: Had best times of 50.62 in the 400 and 52.83 in the 400 hurdles in outdoor track and 7.07 in the 60, 22.80 in the 200, 50.23 in the 400 and 4,233 points in the heptathlon in indoor track. Finished fifth in the 400 hurdles in the NJCAA Division I national championships. Was part of a national championship team in indoor track. Earned an All-America award in track and field and an academic honor as well.

At Ughelli Mixed Secondary School: Attended.

Personal: Son of Chief Mr Chukwunalu Aninze and Ch Aninze. Majoring in exercise science. Enjoys blogging and graphic designing. Lists competing at the 2024 NJCAA Outdoor championships in 2024 and earning an All-America medal for finishing fifth and representing his country and winning a silver medal in the 400 hurdles at the African Youth Championships in 2023 as his most exciting experiences in sports. Notes he loves blogging, swimming and web and graphic designing.
