Cal State LA Athletics

At Cal State San Marcos: Attended for two years, but did not compete in any meets for the Cougars.

At Westcliffe: Won the 400 meters at the CalPac Championships. Set a school record of 49.90 in the 400 at the Team 4 Titus and Ely Invitational. Was a school Men’s Athlete of the Year nominee. Was on the Dean’s List. Also competed in lacrosse and cross country.

At Wellesley High School: Won the 100 meters at the Baystate Conference Championships in 2021 and placed second in the 200. Took third at the Massachusetts MIAA D1 South Sectionals and 10^th in the 200 at the Massachusetts High School State Championship. Was a Baystate All-Star in 2021 and 2022. Also competed in football.

Personal: Son of Howard and Christina Horner. Majoring in computer information systems. Enjoys walking his dog. Lists state championships in high school as his most exciting experience in sports. Notes he likes waffles.
