Cal State LA Athletics

2026: Had an outstanding season for the Golden Eagles in his first year with the program. Had best marks of 22.28 in the 200 and 49.14 in the 400. Had the team’s No. 5 time in the 200 and the No. 6 time in the 400. Was part of Cal State LA’s 4x400 relay team that placed third in the California Collegiate Athletic Association Championships. Also placed 15^th in the 400 and 24^th in the 200 at the conference meet.

At Consumnes Oaks High School: Competed in track and field and basketball. Was a section winner in the 4sx400 relay and had a 49.4 second 400 meter split. Had a 3.95 grade point average.

Personal: Son of Andre Traynham and Shavonne Rhinehart. Majoring in business. Enjoys sports, trolling and watching movies. Lists running the 4x400 relay at the Arcadia Invitational at night as his most exciting experience in sports.
