Cal State LA Athletics

2023: Had another outstanding season in his final year with the program. Had the team’s best 100-meter time of 10.51 and had a best mark of 21.28 in the 200. Earned All-California Collegiate Athletic Association honors after finishing second in the 100. Also picked up points at the conference meet by finishing fourth in the 200. Was part of the CCAA champion 4x100 team for a second straight season. Earned All-West Region honors as part of the 4x100 relay team. For his career, had best marks of 10.44 in the 100 and 21.28 in the 200. Won two conference championships as part of Cal State LA's 4x100 relay team, three All-CCAA awards and three All-West Region awards.

2022: Had an outstanding first season of competition with the Golden Eagles. Was the team’s top sprinter. Posted an NCAA provisional qualifying mark in the 100 meters and had the team’s best time of 10.44. Also had a best time of 21.53, which was second on the team. Earned first-team All-California Collegiate Athletic Association honors after being part of the conference champion 4x100 relay team. Also placed fourth in the conference in the 100 and fifth in the 200. Earned All-West Region honors in the 100 and as part of the 4x100 relay team. Earned CCAA Track Athlete of the Week honors for the week of Feb. 14-20.

2021: Was on the roster, but team did not compete due to COVID-19.

At Long Beach City College: Competed with the Vikings for two seasons and had best times of 10.75 in the 100 meters, 21.92 in the 200 and 54.71 in the 400. Was sixth in the state championships in the 4x100 relay.

At St. Anthony High School: Competed in track and field and football. Won league championships in the 100, 200 and 4x100 relay.

Personal: Son of Patrick and Lizanne Harris. Majoring in business marketing. Enjoys trying new foods. Lists going to the state championships in the 4x100 relay and winning conference championships at Long Beach City College as his most exciting experiences in sports.
