2023: Had a strong season for the Golden Eagles in his second and final year with the program. Had best marks of 11.73 in the 100 meters, 24.75 in the 200, 21-6.75 in the long jump and 43-8.50 in the triple jump. Had the team’s best mark in the triple jump. Earned points in the California Collegiate Athletic Association Championships by finishing eighth in the triple jump. Also placed 12^th in the long jump. For his career, had best marks of 21-6.75 in the long jump, 43-8.50 in the triple jump, 11.73 in the 100 and 24.07 in the 200.

2022: Competed in both jumps for the Golden Eagles in his first year with the program. Had best marks of 19-4.75 in the long jump and 41-8.50 in the triple jump. Placed 11^th in the triple jump at the California Collegiate Athletic Association championships. Also had best times of 11.79 in the 100 meters and 24.07 in the 200.

At Santa Barbara City College: Placed eighth in the Western State Conference in the triple jump with a mark of 42-3 and 14^th in the long jump with a mark of 19-4. Had best marks of 20-2.25 in the long jump and 42-3.50 in the triple jump.

At Dos Pueblos High School: Competed in track and field. Was one of the team captains. Had best marks of 20-2.50 in the long jump and 40-5.75 in the triple jump.

Personal: Son of Bao and Lien Lam. Majoring in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Human Performance. Enjoys bowling, powerlifting and photography. Lists qualifying for the Southern California Regionals in the 4x100 relay and triple jump and going to the CCAA Championships in the triple jump as his most exciting experiences in sports.
