Cal State LA Athletics

2016: Made six appearances out of the bullpen in his one year with the program. Went 0-0 with a 9.53 earned run average. Pitched a total of 5 2/3 innings. Had nine walks and three strikeouts. Pitched a season-high three innings and didn't allow an earned run against British Columbia on Feb. 18. Pitched a scoreless inning at UC San Diego on March 4. Struck out the only batter he faced against Sonoma State on April 3. Pitched a scoreless inning with one strikeout in his last appearance at Cal State San Bernardino on May 7.

At Oxnard College: Compiled a 2-0 record with one save as a sophomore. Appeared in 12 games and had an earned run average of 4.32. Appeared in three games as a reliever as a freshman.

At Adolfo Camarillo High School: Was the Most Valuable Player on his team and the Pitcher of the Year. Also earned All-League honorable mention.

Personal: Son of Kenneth and Deborah Villa. Majoring in fire protection and administration. Enjoys working out.
