Cal State LA Athletics

2009: Had a second strong season with the Golden Eagles and completed an outstanding two-year career with the program. Appeared in all 23 games and started six times. Played a total of 1,052 minutes. Had two assists for two points. Picked up the assist on a game-winning goal by Miguel Cucue in a 1-0 win over Cal State Dominguez Hills on Sept. 23. For his career, appeared in 41 games and started 21 times. Played a total of 2,351 minutes. Had two assists for two points.

2008: Was a main component on the Golden Eagles’ outstanding defense in his first year with the program. Appeared in 18 games and started 15 times, including the final six matches of the season. Played a total of 1,299 minutes. Team allowed only 17 goals in the 18 games he played in and posted seven shutouts. Made his first appearance and first start for Cal State L.A. in a 2-1 win at Cal State San Marcos on Aug. 29.

At Santa Rosa Junior College: Was on the roster as a defender.

At Cardinal Newman High School: Competed in soccer and track and field. Team was top-ranked in the nation in his junior season.

Personal: Son of Wayne Bahr and Belle Borsi. Majoring in marketing/management. Enjoys video games, any competitive sports, hiking, eating and sleeping.
