Cal State LA Athletics

2020: Saw playing time in his only year with the program before the season was halted. Appeared in five games. Collected one hit in six at bats for a .167 batting average. Made his Cal State LA debut as a pinch hitter in an 8-2 win over Northwest Nazarene on Feb. 7. Had a run-scoring single in the eighth inning against Cal State Monterey Bay on Feb. 15. Fielded 10 chances without an error at first base.

At Fullerton College: Appeared in 21 games and hit .263 with one home run and eight RBI. Also played 24 games at Citrus College.

At Damien High School: Competed in football and baseball. Earned All-Baseline League honors three times.

Personal: Son of Jim and Remick Woodward. Majoring in sociology. Enjoys fishing, playing video games and working out. Lists winning the Junior Olympics with the SGV Arsenal as his most exciting experience in sports.
