2015: Was on the roster, but did not compete in any events for the Golden Eagles in her one year with the program.

2014: Competed in the fall for the Golden Eagles’ cross country team and had a successful first season. Finished 41^st in the California Collegiate Athletic Association Championships with a time of 23:58.3 over a 6,000-meter course and was the team’s No. 3 runner. Had a best 5,000-meter course time of 20:42.9 at the UC Irvine Invitational. Competed in five races for the Golden Eagles.

At Orange Coast College: Earned the team’s Coaches’ Award in cross country.

At Fountain Valley High School: Earned the team’s Coaches’ Award in cross country. Also competed in track and field.

Personal: Daughter of Steve and Nina Nagel. Majoring in speech-language pathology/communicative disorders. Enjoys hiking, going to the beach and running. Lists winning the state meet while at Orange Coast College as her most exciting experience in sports.
