Biography

2024: Had a solid season in his first year with Cal State LA’s cross country program in the fall. Was one of five runners to compete all six races for the Golden Eagles. Had a best 8,000-meter time of 27:40.1 at the California Collegiate Athletic Association Championships while finishing 69th in the race.

At John Burroughs High School: Was a NAF student all three years. Part of the Burbank Airport Academy from January-May of 2023. Was the Most Outstanding Distance Runner for track and field in 2023 and was runner-up in the CIF cross country prelims.

Personal: Son of Benny and Domenica Delgado. Majoring in mechanical engineering. Enjoys going on runs, listening to music and building things. Lists winning first place at one of his meets as his most exciting experience in sports.
