Cal State LA Athletics

2012: Had a big impact with the Golden Eagles in her one year with the program. Started all 18 games and played a total of 1,737 minutes. Was fourth on the team in minutes played. Had one goal and one assist for three points. Headed in the game-winning goal in a 1-0 victory over Cal State San Bernardino on Oct. 14. Had an assist on a goal by Megan Ollar in a 1-1 tie at San Francisco State on Oct. 26. Made her first start and played 100 minutes in a 2-2 tie against Dixie State on Aug. 30.

At Cal State Bakersfield: Appeared in 48 games in her three years with the Roadrunners. Played in 18 games in 2011 and started 17 times. Started in eight of her 15 appearances as a sophomore in 2010 and appeared in 15 games with seven starts as a freshman in 2009. Scored a pair of goals – both on penalty kicks. Made the Dean’s List three times.

At Upland High School: Earned first-team All-Baseline League honors as a senior. Was the team’s Defensive Player of the Year as a freshman and senior. Team won a league title during her freshman year and was the CIF runner-up in her sophomore season. Was on the school’s Honor Roll three times.

Personal: Daughter of Cesar and Terry Gervas. Majoring in psychology. Enjoys listening to music, riding her bike and going to the beach. Lists scoring goals on two penalty kicks during her freshman season at Cal State Bakersfield.
