Cal State LA Athletics

2011: Appeared in eight games and started seven times in her second season on the field for the Golden Eagles. Started the final five games of the season for the Golden Eagles, including both NCAA playoff games. Made the first start of her career at Humboldt State on Oct. 9 and played the entire game.
 
2010: Was not with the program.
 
2009: Saw playing time for the Golden Eagles as a true freshman. Appeared in four games. Made her Cal State L.A. debut on Sept. 18 against Cal State Monterey Bay. Also played in games at San Francisco State on Sept. 20, against Cal State Dominguez Hills on Sept. 23 and against Chico State on Sept. 25. Missed remainder of season.
 
At Crescenta Valley High School: Was the leading scorer in the Pacific League, the Offensive Most Valuable Player, Most Valuable Player and first-team All-Area. Team won two CIF championships.
 
Personal: Daughter of Robert Barrett and Lea Scherrer and stepdaughter of Roger Scherrer. Majoring in communication disorders. Enjoys shopping, the beach and family time. Lists scoring a hat trick in a CIF game as her most exciting experience in sports.
