Cal State LA Athletics

2013: Was a big contributor on the team for a second straight season to conclude her two-year career. Appeared in seven games and made four starts. Played a total of 315 minutes. Started and played a season-high 90 minutes in a 1-0 victory over Chico State on Sept. 27. Was sidelined until making her final appearance with a 21-minute stint in a 2-0 win over Cal State Dominguez Hills on Dec. 1. Earned a California Collegiate Athletic Association All-Academic Award for a second straight season. For her career, appeared in 25 games with 11 starts. Played a total of 1,106 minutes. Had two assists for two points.

2012: Made key contributions for the Golden Eagles in her first year with the program. Appeared in all 18 games and started seven times. Played a season-high 95 minutes against Cal State East Bay on Sept. 21. Had a pair of assists during the season. Had an assist on a goal by Tera Piserchio at Chico State on Sept. 7 and had an assist on the game-winning goal by Tahne Apo in a 1-0 victory at Cal State San Bernardino on Sept. 28. Earned a CCAA All-Academic Award.

At Cal State Bakersfield: Appeared in six games and started four times for the Roadrunners in 2011. Became the first native of Canada to play for the Roadrunners as a freshman in 2010. Appeared in six matches and started one. Was on the Dean’s List every quarter at Cal State Bakersfield.

At Mount Boucherie Secondary School: Competed in soccer, volleyball and basketball in high school. Was the team Most Valuable Player in soccer as a sophomore, junior and senior and a team MVP in volleyball as a sophomore and junior. Was named the Top Female Athlete for the Okanagan region. Was on the Principal’s List all four years in high school.

Personal: Daughter of Bruce and Joanne Mullen. Majoring in business administration-accounting. Enjoys wakesurfing and snowboarding. Lists winning the valley championship as a senior against a rival high school as her most exciting experience in sports.
