Cal State LA Athletics

2017: Had a strong season with the Golden Eagles that featured one of the best postseason performances in program history. Appeared in 13 games and played a total of 339 minutes. Had four goals and one assist for nine points. Was tied for fourth on the team in scoring. Scored a hat trick - with all three goals coming in the second half - to lead the Golden Eagles back from a 3-1 deficit and to a 4-3 comeback win at Chico State in a first-round California Collegiate Athletic Association Tournament game on Oct. 31. All three goals came in a 26-minute span with the game-winner coming in the 89th minute. Had a goal and an assist in his Cal State LA debut against Bethesda on Aug. 31. Earned a CCAA Fall All-Academic Award.

At UT Rio Grande Valley:  Appeared in 17 games with seven starts for the NCAA Division I program in 2016. Had two goals and three assists for seven points. Scored the game-tying goal against UNLV in the WAC Tournament quarterfinals on Nov. 10 and assisted on a game-tying goal at San Jose State on Nov. 5. Scored his first career goal against Fairfield on Aug. 26. Was on the Athletic Department’s Honor Roll.

At Lech Poznan HS: Helped team to the silver medal of the Polish U19 Championships in 2015 and to a bronze medal of the Polish U-19 Championships in 2014.

Personal: Son of Dariusz and Justyna Roszczyk. Majoring in computer science. Enjoys playing the guitar. Lists playing for the National Team of Poland U15 as his most exciting experience in sports.
