Biography

At San Jose State: Was a member of San Jose State’s Mountain West Conference championship team and spent three years with the program.

At Windward High School: Was part of a Gold Coast League championship team. Competed in baseball and basketball.

Personal: Son of Bucky Brooks and Erika Johnson-Brooks. Majoring in communications. Enjoys hiking, films, violin, sports and video. Lists a walk-off win in an Independence League Championship series with Fremont and winning a football championship with his dad as his most exciting experiences in sports. Notes he wants to become a journalist. Says he enjoys covering sports, cinematography, music and the environment.
