Biography

2026: Was one of the top pitchers for the Golden Eagles in his second year with the program. Had a 3-2 record with a 3.69 earned run average and three saves in 18 relief appearances. Pitched a total of 39 innings and had 20 walks and 24 strikeouts. Led the team in saves and earned run average. Picked up his first career win at Cal State LA after tossing four shutout innings in a 4-2 win at Chaminade on Feb. 1. Allowed only one hit. Threw a season-high five innings and allowed three hits and two earned run against Northwest Nazarene on Feb. 6. Picked up another win after allowing only five hits and one run over four strong innings in a 9-4 victory over Cal State San Marcos on Feb. 22. Pitched 3 1/3 scoreless innings and allowed only two hits to get the victory in a come-from-behind 13-10 win over Stanislaus State on March 14. Gave up only one hit over three scoreless innings to get his first save for the Golden Eagles in an 8-4 win over Chico State on March 29. Tossed two scoreless innings to get the save and complete a combined shutout with Ismael Quintero in a 2-0 win over Cal State Dominguez Hills on April 9. Didn’t allow an earned run in 13 of 18 appearances and allowed one or fewer runs in 16 appearances. Earned 2025-26 California Collegiate Athletic Association All-Academic honors and 2026 CCAA Spring Academic Honor Roll recognition.

2025: Made immediate contributions for the Golden Eagles in his first year with the program. Appeared in eight games, all in relief. Had a 0-0 record and an 11.81 earned run average. Walked seven and struck out six over 10 2/3 innings. Made his Cal State LA debut and tossed 1 1/3 scoreless innings at Biola on Feb. 10. Retired all four batters he faced with one strikeout. Also pitched 1 2/3 scoreless innings with a season-high three strikeouts at Stanislaus State on March 7. Pitched a season-long 2 1/3 innings and allowed only one earned run. Allowed one or no runs in four of his eight appearances.

At Ridgeview High School: Was a Perfect Game Preseason All-American and a Baseball Factory Academic All-American. Earned first-team All-South Yosemite Valley League honors. In his high school career, had 11 wins and a 2.49 earned run average in 87 innings pitched with 106 strikeouts. Hit .382 and had an on-base percentage of .485 as a senior in high school. Competed in football, basketball and baseball. Was the Fresno Athletics Summer League Pitcher of the Year

Personal: Son of Reynaldo Robles and Lori Sanchez. Majoring in political science. Enjoys competing in martial arts Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Lists winning a state championship in 2021 as his most exciting experience in sports. Notes he was the Pitcher of the Year for the Fresno Athletics Collegiate Summer League.
