2024: Had a second outstanding season for the Golden Eagles in his final year with the program. Appeared in 21 games with 16 starts. Played a total of 1,057 minutes. Had one goal and one assist for three points. Got the start and played 57 minutes in a season-opening 2-0 win at Fresno Pacific on Sept. 5. Started the final 11 games of the season for the Golden Eagles. Played a career-high 71 minutes in a California Collegiate Athletic Association Tournament semifinal game against Cal State Dominguez Hills on Nov. 15. Scored the game-tying goal when he headed in a cross from Oscar Warne in the 78^th minute of a 1-1 draw against Cal Poly Pomona on Oct. 17. Had an assist on a first-half goal from Warne in a 2-1 win at San Francisco State on Nov. 1. For his career, appeared in 43 games with 22 starts. Played a total of 2,042 minutes. Had three goals and two assists for eight points.

2023: Made big contributions for the Golden Eagles in his first year with the program. Appeared in 22 games with six starts. Played a total of 985 minutes. Had two goals and one assist for five points. Made his Cal State LA debut and played 49 minutes in a 1-0 win over Regis on Aug. 31. Got his first start and scored his first goal in a 3-0 win at Biola on Sept. 9. Scored the first goal of the game with an assist from Oscar Warne in the 14^th minute. Scored his second goal to give the Golden Eagles a two-goal lead in the 65^th minute of a 2-0 win over Cal State San Marcos in a CCAA Tournament semifinal game on Nov. 10. Picked up an assist on Jeppe Paulsen’s goal in the 14^th minute of a 5-0 win over San Francisco State on Sept. 29. Played a season-high 62 minutes in a 2-0 win over Azusa Pacific on Sept. 12 and also played 60 minutes in a 3-3 tie against Colorado State Pueblo in an NCAA national quarterfinal game on Dec. 3.

At El Camino College: Earned all-conference honors in both his freshman and sophomore years and was an All-American nominee. Appeared in 46 games over his two years at the program with 44 starts. Had six goals and four assists for 16 points.

At Mira Costa High School: Was a three-time team Most Valuable Player, earning top honors as a freshman, junior and senior.

Personal: Son of Henry and Adriana Nguyen. Majoring in Kinesiology. Enjoys golfing. Lists winning the ECNL national championship as his most exciting experience in sports.
