Summary

Biography

2006: Made an impressive debut for the Golden Eagles as a freshman. Started all 23 games and helped solidify a defense that allowed only 36 goals in 23 games. Picked up the first point of his Cal State L.A. career when he assisted on a goal in a 3-0 victory at Cal State Monterey Bay on Oct. 1.
 
At Sweetwater HS: Competed in soccer and cross country. Was named to the San Diego Union Tribune All-Academic first team. Also earned first-team All-League honors and was the team’s Most Valuable Player.
 
Personal: Son of Ricardo and Josefina Gomez. Majoring in electrical engineering. Enjoys dancing, sleeping and running. Lists going to state twice as a cross country runner as his most exciting experiences in sports.
