Cal State LA Athletics

2011: Was on the roster, but did not compete in any games for the Golden Eagles in her one year with the program. After her playing career, went on to make big contributions administratively for the Cal State L.A. women's soccer program and Cal State LA's athletics department.

At Cerritos College: Appeared in 21 games in 2010 with two goals and one assist for five points. Also played in 21 games in 2009 and had four goals with three assists for 11 points.

At Bishop Amat High School: Earned first-team All-Del Rey League honors and won the team award for best offensive player as a freshman, sophomore and junior. Earned second-team All-League honors as a junior.

Personal: Daughter of Ed and Dena Florez. Majoring in social work. Enjoys soccer, movies and family. Lists scoring two quick goals from her corner kick mark and making it to the Final Four with Cerritos in 2010 as her most exciting experiences in sports.
