Cal State LA Athletics

2011: Appeared in two games for the Golden Eagles in her second and final season with the program. Played a total of 53 minutes. Played eight minutes in a 1-0 victory at Cal State Monterey Bay on Oct. 28 and played a career-high 45 minutes in a 6-1 win at Cal State East Bay ohn Oct. 30. For her career, appeared in six games and played a total of 108 minutes.

2010: Appeared in four games for the Golden Eagles in her first season with the program. Played a total of 55 minutes. Made her Cal State L.A. debut and played a season-high 26 minutes in a 1-0 win at Cal State San Bernardino on Sept. 26. Also appeared in games at Cal State Stanislaus on Oct. 1, against Cal State East Bay on Oct. 8 and against Cal State San Bernardino on Oct. 29.

At Taft College: Played for two seasons as a defender.

At Clark High School: Was the team captain and Most Valuable Player as a senior and a team captain as a junior. Earned first-team All-Conference honors as a senior.

Personal: Daughter of Miguel Angel Arevalo and Delmy Canales. Majoring in Kinesiology. Enjoys cooking, hanging out with friends and family, yoga, playing video games and the beach. Lists going to nationals as her most exciting experience in sports.
