2011: Had a second outstanding season for the Golden Eagles and completed her two-year career with the program. Appeared and started in 14 games. Played a total of 1,278 minutes. Had two goals and one assist for five points. Earned third-team All-West Region honors from the National Soccer Coaches Association of America. Scored the first goal of her Cal State L.A. career in a 2-0 win against Cal State San Bernardino on Sept. 23. Had the game-winning goal on a penalty kick in the 69th minute of a 1-0 win at San Francisco State on Oct. 2. Picked up an assist on a second-half goal by Janet Mendez in a 1-0 win against Chico State on Sept. 18. Played 110 minutes in a 1-1 tie against Cal Poly Pomona on Oct. 23 in her final appearance for the Golden Eagles and missed the remainder of the season due to injury. For her career, appeared in 34 games and started all of them. Played a total of 3,127 minutes. Had two goals and one assist for five points.

2010: Had a sensational season for the Golden Eagles in her first year with the program. Earned second-team All-America honors from Daktronics and was named the California Collegiate Athletic Association Defensive Player of the Year. Earned first-team All-West Region honors from Daktronics and the NSCAA as well as first-team All-CCAA recognition. Started all 20 games for the Golden Eagles and anchored a defense that permitted only 17 goals and recorded seven shutouts. Played every minute of every game for the Golden Eagles. Was also named to the CCAA Championships All-Tournament team.

At Mt. San Antonio College: Earned first-team All-South Coast Conference honors in 2008-09 and was the team Most Valuable Player.

At Pomona High School: Competed in soccer and volleyball. Earned first-team All-League honors all four years and was the league Most Valuable Player as a senior.

Personal: Daughter of Sergio and Irene Barragan. Majoring in psychology. Enjoys movies, Disneyland, running and soccer. Lists winning the league championship for the first time in high school in 2007 and the friendships she has made as her most exciting experiences in sports.
