2007: Had another outstanding season for the Golden Eagles to complete her sensational four-year career with the program. Appeared in 27 matches and 96 sets. Was second on the team with 279 kills and third in blocks with 69 and third in points with 316. Earned first-team All-California Collegiate Athletic Association honors. Had a season-high 19 kills and five blocks in a four-set win over Chico State on Oct. 19. Had 14 kills and one block in a four-set win over Cal Poly Pomona on Sept. 21, 14 kills and one block in a four-set win at Humboldt State on Nov. 3 and 14 kills and one block in a three-set win over Sonoma State on Nov. 10. Had a season-high seven blocks to go along with 11 kills in a five-set win over Cal Poly Pomona in a first-round NCAA playoff game on Nov. 15. For her career, appeared in 113 matches and 403 sets. Had 947 kills, 297 blocks and 1,133 points. Finished her career No. 2 all-time in total blocks with 297 and No. 2 all-time in block assists with 272. Was also No. 8 all-time in hitting percentage (.258).
2006: Earned All-CCAA honors for the second time in her career after being named to the second team. Appeared in all 27 matches and played in a team-high 92 games. Finished third on the team with 205 kills. Led the team in blocks with 77, including 11 solos. Had a season-high 16 kills to go along with two blocks in a win over Cal Poly Pomona on Nov. 3. Also had 14 kills in matches against Cal State San Bernardino on Oct. 18 and Cal State Stanislaus on Sept. 22. Recorded a season-high five blocks four times, the last against BYU-Hawaii in an NCAA playoff match on Nov. 9.
2005: Had a sensational sophomore season and earned first-team All-CCAA honors. Also was named to the NCAA Division II Pacific Regional All-Tournament team. Appeared in 30 matches and 107 games. Finished fifth on the team with 215 kills and led the team in blocks with 84. Recorded a season-high 18 kills in NCAA Division II national quarter-final match against Lock Haven on Dec. 1. Had a career-high 10 blocks to go along with 10 kills at UC San Diego on Nov. 4. Reached double figures in kills in eight of the Golden Eagles’ final nine matches, including all three contests in the Pacific Regional. Had 13 kills in first-round win over Seattle Pacific on Nov. 17, 14 in a semi-final win over Hawaii Pacific on Nov. 18 and 12 in the championship victory over Cal State San Bernardino on Nov. 19.
2004: Made an impressive debut as a freshman for the Golden Eagles. Appeared in 29 matches and 108 games. Finished fifth on the team with 248 kills. Was also second on the team in blocks with 67 and fifth in aces with 23. Recorded a career-high 22 kills in a five-game win over Chaminade on Sept. 3 in a tournament match at Cal Poly Pomona. Reached double figures in kills nine times. Also had 15 kills in a win over Grand Canyon on Nov. 5.
At Bear Creek HS: Was the team’s Most Valuable Player in 2003. Also earned first-team All-League, All-Area and All-Region in both volleyball and basketball.
Personal: Daughter of Michael and Phyllis Cox. Majoring in biology. Enjoys sports, trying new things and meeting new people. Lists going to the NCAA Division II national championships in 2005 as her most exciting experience in sports.
