2007: Had a strong second season for the Golden Eagles in her final year with the program. Appeared in 22 matches and 70 sets. Was fifth on the team in digs with 166. Also had one kill, 35 set assists and 13 aces. Her one kill was a huge one, a diving, one-handed swing that dipped over the net and onto Cal Poly Pomona's side to give the Golden Eagles an 18-17 lead in the fifth game of a first-round NCAA playoff game on Nov. 15. The Golden Eagles won the next point to prevail in five sets, 28-30, 30-26, 30-22, 32-34, 19-17. Also had a season-high three aces and 15 digs in that match. Had a season-high 19 digs in a four-set win over Regis on Aug. 31. Reached double figures in digs eight times. For her career, appeared in 45 matches and 144 sets. Had 323 digs, 37 aces and 52 set assists.

2006: Appeared in 23 matches and 74 games for the Golden Eagles last season. Finished fourth on the team in digs with 157. Also wound up fourth on the team in service aces with 24. Recorded a season-high 27 digs in a four-game match against Seattle University on Aug. 26. Also had 22 digs against Western Washington on Aug. 25. Reached double figures in digs seven times. Had three service aces in matches against Sonoma State on Oct. 14 and Cal State Bakersfield on Oct. 18.

At Cypress College: Was the team’s Most Valuable Player as a freshman and sophomore. Earned first-team All-Orange Empire Conference honors as a sophomore and second-team All-Conference recognition as a freshman.

At Millikan HS: Competed in volleyball.

Personal: Daughter of Rodolfo Laguna and Carmen Trejo. Majoring in business management. Enjoys shopping, the beach and volleyball. Lists going to state for the first time in women’s volleyball history at Cypress as her most exciting experience in sports.
