Cal State LA Athletics

2007: Had another strong season for the Golden Eagles and completed her outstanding four-year career with the program. Started 21 games and played a total of 1,856 minutes. Had one goal and one assist for three points. Scored a goal in a season-opening 5-0 win over Saint Martin's on Aug. 23. Had an assist on a goal by Christine Buenrostro in a 4-0 win over Cal State Monterey Bay on Oct. 28. For her career, appeared in 68 games and started 64 times. Played a total of 5,071 minutes. Had two goals and five assists for nine points.

2006: Had her most productive season with the Golden Eagles. Started in all 19 games for Cal State L.A. and was part of a defense that allowed only 26 goals all season. Had a big game against Cal Poly Pomona on Oct. 20, scoring a goal and adding two assists in a 4-3 victory. That accounted for all four of her points. Her goal cut into a 2-0 Cal Poly Pomona lead and she then assisted on the game-tying and game-winning goals in the final 10 minutes of the game.

2005: Appeared in and started 11 games in her second season with the program. Picked up one assist in a 6-1 win at Cal State San Bernardino on Sept. 17. Started her last game of the season against Cal State Dominguez Hills on Oct. 4.

2004: Made an impressive debut in her first season at Cal State L.A. Appeared in 17 games and started 13 times for the Golden Eagles. Made her first appearance against Notre Dame de Namur on Aug. 27 and made her first career start on Sept. 4 against Northwest Nazarene. Picked up an assist in a 2-0 win over Chico State on Sept. 24.

At Crescenta Valley High School: Earned first-team All-Area and first-team All-League honors twice. Was the team’s Most Valuable Player as a senior and participated in the All-Star Showcase as well.

Personal: Daughter of Scot and Kathy Stevenson. Majoring in television and film. Enjoys hanging out with friends and watching movies. Lists going to the CIF Finals in high school as her most exciting experience in sports.
