Summary

Biography

2014: Had a historic season in her third and final year with the Golden Eagles. Became the first Cal State LA women's soccer player to earn first-team All-America honors from the National Soccer Coaches Association of America and she also became the program's first CoSIDA Academic All-American when she received third-team honors in voting by the nation's sports information directors. Was also named the Daktronics NCAA Division II West Region Player of the Year and the California Collegiate Athletic Association's Offensive Player of the Year. Earned first-team All-CCAA honors for a second straight season. Earned the department's 2014-15 Billie Jean King Award as Cal State L.A.'s top female athlete.Appeared and started all 21 games for the Golden Eagles and played a total of 1,726 minutes. Had six goals and six assists for 18 points. Was second on the team in scoring. Had both goals in a 2-0 win over San Francisco State on Oct. 12. Had the game-winning goal in a 2-0 win at Cal State San Bernardino on Oct. 5. Had a goal and an assist in a 4-0 win at Cal State East Bay on Oct. 26. Had the game-winning goal in a 3-1 win over Chico State in the CCAA Tournament championship match on Nov. 9. For her career, appeared in 54 games with 51 starts. Played a total of 4,048 minutes. Had eight goals and 17 assists for a total of 33 points. Finished tied for No. 2 in program history with career assists.
 
2013: Had a second outstanding season with the Golden Eagles. Led the team and was second in the California Collegiate Athletic Association in assists with nine. Finished third on the team in scoring with nine points. Earned first-team All-CCAA honors and was named second-team All-West Region by the National Soccer Coaches Association of America and Daktronics. Appeared in all 19 games for the Golden Eagles and was fourth on the team in minutes played with 1,545. Had two assists in a season-opening 4-0 win over Saint Martin’s and had two assists in a big 3-2 win at Sonoma State on Oct. 4. Also had assists on game-winning goals in 1-0 victories over Chico State on Sept. 27 and at Cal Poly Pomona on Oct. 18. Earned a CCAA All-Academic Award. Was named the team’s Most Valuable Player.

2012: Had a tremendous first year with the Golden Eagles. Earned third-team NSCAA/Continental Tire All-West Region honors and second-team All-California Collegiate Athletic Association recognition. Had two goals and two assists and was tied for second on the team in scoring. Had a goal and an assist in her Cal State L.A. debut in a 2-2 tie at Dixie State College on Aug. 30. Also had a goal at Cal State Stanislaus on Sept. 9. Recorded her other assist at Chico State on Sept. 7. Appeared in 14 games and started 12 times. Was named the team’s Attacking Player of the Year.

At University of New Mexico: Appeared in seven games for the Lobos in 2011. Was a redshirt in 2010. Was a scholar-athlete and a member of the Dean’s List.

At Canyon Springs High School: Competed in soccer, golf, cross country and track and field. Played four years of varsity soccer and earned first-team All-League honors in soccer three times. Was her team’s Most Valuable Player twice. Earned Press Enterprise Second-Team honors as a senior. Also earned first-team All-League honors in golf.

Personal: Daughter of Glenn and Cindi Williams. Majoring in business administration. Enjoys the beach, art, photography and guitar. Lists winning back-to-back Mountain West Conference championships at the University of New Mexico as her most exciting experiences in sports.
