2014: Had another strong season with the Golden Eagles and completed an outstanding four-year career. Appeared in 18 games with six starts. Played a total of 803 minutes. Had five goals and two assists for 12 points. Was fourth on the team in scoring. Earned All-California Collegiate Athletic Association honorable mention. Scored the team's first goal in a 4-0 win over Dixie State on Sept. 11. Had a goal and an assist in a 2-0 win over Sonoma State on Oct. 17. Had the first goal in a 4-0 win over Humboldt State on Oct. 19. Had a goal in a 4-0 win at Cal State East Bay on Oct. 26. Scored the final goal in a 3-1 win over Chico State in the CCAA Tournament championship game. For her career, appeared in 62 games with 31 starts. Played a total of 2,926 minutes. Had 18 goals and five assists for 41 points. Finished her career No. 7 all-time in goals and No. 8 all-time in points.

2013: Had her best season with the Golden Eagles and finished second on the team with nine goals and 20 points. Finished the season tied for third in the California Collegiate Athletic Association in goals. Scored goals in five of the team’s last six games, including the final three. Had the team’s most dramatic goal, a game-winner in the final minute of the second overtime in a 1-0 win at UC San Diego in the regular-season finale on Nov. 3. The result clinched a spot for Cal State L.A. in the California Collegiate Athletic Association Championship Tournament. Also picked up the lone goal late in a 1-0 win at Cal State San Bernardino on Oct. 25. Had a goal and an assist in a 2-0 win over Cal State Dominguez Hills on Nov. 1. Scored the game-tying goal in the 77^th minute of a 1-1 tie at Cal State Monterey Bay on Sept. 22. Scored one goal in nine of the team’s 19 games.

2012: Was injured for most of the season, but returned to play in the final five games for the Golden Eagles. Started the last three games of the season. Made her season debut against Cal State San Bernardino on Oct. 14. Scored her lone goal of the season in a 4-3 win over Humboldt State on Oct. 19. Played a season-high 80 minutes against Sonoma State on Oct. 21.

2011: Had an impressive first season for the Golden Eagles as a freshman. Appeared in 20 games and started 19 times. Was sixth on the team in scoring with seven points on three goals and one assist. Tied for the team lead in shots with 37. Scored her first goal of the season in a 3-0 win over Grand Canyon on Sept. 3. Got the opening goal in a 2-1 win at Humboldt State on Oct. 9. Got what turned out to be the game-winning goal and added an assist in a 6-1 victory at Cal State East Bay on Oct. 30.

At Vista Murrieta High School: Earned first-team All-League honors as a senior. Also competed in track and field. Was a scholar-athlete in two sports. Earned second-team All-League honors as a freshman and sophomore at Calvary Murrieta. Team was a CIF finalist and a state participant during her freshman season.

Personal: Daughter of Jeff and Monica Lammers. Majoring in communications. Enjoys riding her horse and hanging out with her parents and her dog, Ellie. Lists scoring the game-winning goal in double overtime against UC San Diego that got the Golden Eagles into the CCAA Championship Tournament as her most exciting experience in sports. Has one brother, Andrew, and two sisters, Amanda and Ava.
