Cal State L.A. tied it in the seventh when Ramirez doubled with two outs and scored on a single by Wiley.
Brendan McQuaid got out of a bases-loaded, one-out jam in the bottom of the seventh to send the game into extra innings, but Sharper got the game-winning home run with two outs in the eighth to give the Pioneers the sweep.
