Cal State LA Athletics

2011: Competed well for the Golden Eagles in her one year with the track and field program. Had best marks of 2:44.83 in the 800 meters, 5:35.62 in the 1,500 and 20:32.54 in the 5,000. Finished 26th in the 5,000 at the California Collegiate Athletic Association Championships.

2010: Competed for Cal State L.A.’s cross country team in the fall. Ran in five meets for the Golden Eagles. Placed 103^rd in the California Collegiate Athletic Association Championships with a time of 28:14.1 over 6,000 meters and was 155^th in the NCAA West Regionals with a time of 28:45.6 over 6,000 meters.

At Notre Dame High School: Earned varsity awards in cross country and soccer. Was a top-seven runner in cross country and helped team reach the CIF prelims. Team won a championship in track and field in 2005.

Personal: Daughter of Jaime and Elsie Singh. Majoring in psychology. Enjoys singing, playing piano and running. Lists earning varsity letter awards, making it to CIF and becoming the Track and Field champions as her most exciting experiences in sports.
