Summary

Biography

2011: Competed well for the Golden Eagles in her one year with the track and field program. Had best marks of 13.01 in the 100 meters and 28.92 in the 200. Finished 19th in the 100 at the California Collegiate Athletic Association Championships.

2010: Competed on the Cal State L.A. women’s basketball team in the 2010-11 season. Appeared in 25 games and started nine times. Averaged 4.1 points, 1.5 rebounds and was third on the team with 31 steals.

At Maranatha Christian High School: Competed in basketball and track and field. Also attended Blair High School, where she was on the school’s Dean’s List, averaged 10 points, eight rebounds and seven assists per game as a junior and earned second-team All-Rio Hondo League honors. Was also the team’s Outstanding Defensive Player. In track and field, qualified for the CIF City championships in the 4x100 relay and long jump and was the team’s Rookie of the Year.

Personal: Daughter of Anthony and Winnifer Jefferson. Majoring in criminal justice and forensic science. Enjoys reading and music. Lists making the game-winning shot when her team was behind by two points from the three-quarter court line with five seconds left as her most exciting experience in sports. Was also a Girl Scout for eight years.
