2011: Competed well again for the Golden Eagles in her fourth and final season with the program. Showed great improvement once again and had best marks of 34-0 in the shot put and 104-2 in the discus. Finished 16th in the shot put and 21st in the discus at the California Collegiate Athletic Association Championships. For her career, had best marks of 34-0 in the shot put, 104-2 in the discus and 66-9 in the javelin.

2010: Continued to show impressive improvement in her third season with the Golden Eagles. Set new career best marks in the shot put (31-7), discus (88-4) and javelin (66-9). Competed in all three events in the California Collegiate Athletic Association Championships.

2009: Showed improvement in her second season with the Golden Eagles. Set new best marks in the shot put (31-4), discus (71-5) and javelin (54-9). Competed in the shot put for the Golden Eagles in the CCAA Championships. Earned CCAA All-Academic honors and made the Dean’s List.

2008: Competed for the Golden Eagles in outdoor track and field. Had best marks of 25-2.75 in the shot put and 49-8 in the javelin.

At Los Angeles Senior High School: Competed in basketball, volleyball and track and field.

Personal: Daughter of Denise Johnson. Majoring in Kinesiology. Enjoys listening to music, drawing and writing. Lists throwing 31 feet in the shot put as her most exciting experience in sports.
