Cal State LA Athletics

2017: Had another strong season with the Golden Eagles and completed an outstanding four-year career. Earned All-California Collegiate Athletic Association honorable mention for a second straight year. Appeared in 14 games and started 11 times. Played a total of 848 minutes. Scored one goal and had one assist for three points. Scored a goal at Simon Fraser on Sept. 4. Had an assist on the first goal from Paulina Chaidez in a 3-1 victory over Fresno Pacific on Sept. 9. For her career, appeared in 69 games with 47 starts. Played a total of 4,385 minutes. Had eight goals and five assists for a total of 21 points.

2016: Had her best season with the Golden Eagles as a junior and earned All-CCAA honorable mention. Scored four goals and added two assists for 10 points. Was second on the team in scoring. Had a pair of goals in a season-opening 2-1 win over Saint Martin’s on Sept. 1 and added her third goal in two games at Concordia on Sept. 3. Picked up the game-winning goal in a 2-0 win over Stanislaus State on Sept. 18. Started in 19 games and was fourth on the team in minutes played with 1,593. Earned a CCAA Fall Academic Award.

2015: Had a strong second season with the Golden Eagles and emerged as one of the team’s leaders. Appeared in and started 17 games. Scored two goals and a total of four points. Had one of the season’s biggest goals when she got the game-winner in double overtime of a 2-1 win at Cal State Dominguez Hills on Oct. 23. Also scored a goal in a 2-0 win over Cal State San Marcos on Oct. 2. Was fifth on the team in minutes played with 1,446. Was one of two Cal State L.A. recipients of the 2015-16 Dr. Hal Charnofsky Memorial Award from the CCAA for academic and athletic accomplishments

2014: Had an outstanding first season with the Golden Eagles and was one of the top freshmen in the CCAA. Appeared in 19 games and played a total of 498 minutes. Had one goal and two assists for a total of four points. Scored her lone goal in the 38^th minute of a 2-0 win over Point Loma on Sept. 13. Also had assists in games against Dixie State on Sept. 11 and at Cal State East Bay on Oct. 26.

At Rancho Buena Vista High School: Competed on the soccer and track and field varsity teams all four years of high school. Earned team awards for Best Newcomer and Best Offensive Player with the soccer team and earned All-North County Times honorable mention. In track and field, was the Avocado League champion in the 200 meters in 2013 and was a CIF finalist/qualifier in the 4x100 relay, the 4x400 relay, the 100 meters and 200 meters.

Personal: Daughter of Raul and Lolita Arredondo. Majoring in pre-med (exercise science and bioscience). Enjoys painting. Lists winning the CCAA regular-season championship in 2014 and the CCAA Tournament Championship in 2014 as her most exciting experiences in sports. Earned third-place as a finalist in a Public Speaking Showcase in 2015.
